Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other governorates in Egypt: 2–5 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location.

Order Tracking

Customers may receive delivery updates through WhatsApp, phone call, or courier tracking when available.

Delivery Delays

PROJECT.D is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect customer information

Failed Deliveries

If the customer cannot be reached or provides incorrect shipping details, the order may be delayed, cancelled, or returned.
