At PROJECT.D, customer satisfaction is one of our priorities.

Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The product contains a manufacturing defect

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging and tags
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund process will begin.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.

Exchanges are available based on stock availability.
